📋 Description
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other professionals • Market the Rocket brand and help homebuyers obtain financing • Consult with clients to determine appropriate loan products • Advise and educate clients on the home-buying process • Evaluate client financial status and documents • Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing • Provide exceptional client service
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in mortgage loan origination • Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses • Professional communication skills • Time management skills • Critical/strategic thinking skills • Results-driven • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • 3 years of proven success in self-generated mortgage loan origination (preferred)
