📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of the company’s design system • Design and maintain scalable components, tokens, patterns, and system documentation • Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality, performant libraries, tooling, and documentation • Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and localization within the design system • Advocate for high-quality design craft by raising visual and interaction standards • Enable and educate product teams through documentation, workshops, critiques, and hands-on collaboration • Mentor designers and influence the broader organization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product, visual, or systems design • Deep expertise building and scaling design systems in complex, multi-product environments • Strong systems thinking • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining component libraries in tools like Figma and Storybook • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles • Experience collaborating closely with Engineering • Excellent communication skills
