📋 Description

• Participate in cross-functional teams spanning real estate operations, training, analytics, finance, and engineering • Implement and execute projects end-to-end with clearly defined scope and minimal manager supervision • Calculate monthly and quarterly commission payments for variable compensation plan participants • Develop, implement, and administer reward and compensation policies and programs • Communicate program status regularly and effectively throughout the program lifecycle • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify effective practices and enhancement opportunities • Guide program vision, objectives, outcomes, scope, and high-level work breakdown • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans with project milestones • Identify qualitative and quantitative program success metrics • Ensure plans are aligned and up to date in a rapidly changing environment • Maintain accurate program-management lifecycle artifacts • Define, engage, and advise stakeholders and clients on execution and progress • Document impacts of program scope on business processes and technology architecture • Identify improvement opportunities and implement creative approaches to solving issues • Advise senior leaders on program-level decisions • Apply change management to program work

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of project management experience • 2 years of program management experience • 1 year of technology product implementation experience • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology or equivalent work experience • Ability to set and manage partner and client expectations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including communication with executive leadership • Ability to understand and respond to clients' needs in rapidly changing business environments • Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple workstreams • Experience planning, organizing, and establishing priorities to achieve quantifiable results • Ability to pivot to changing demands requiring project or program re-planning and reorganization • Systems thinking abilities and ability to identify upstream and downstream business impacts • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Proficiency in Google Workspace suite • Proven track record of coaching and architecting program or project management best practices and methods • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
