📋 Description

• Deliver MiLo and Epiphany services accurately, timely, consistently, and with a strong client experience • Establish appropriate processes, quality standards, capacity planning, and performance measures • Drive adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue growth for MiLo and Epiphany • Work closely with Client Services and Sales to demonstrate service value to clients • Identify unmet client needs and develop scalable, repeatable analytics services • Partner with Product, Technology, and Client Services to enhance broader products and services through analytics, modeling, benchmarking, and insights • Define long-term strategy and annual goals for analytics services and products • Set financial targets and product and go-to-market strategy • Ensure successful execution of objectives for modeling services and cross-organization benchmarking • Influence company strategy and support annual business goals and objectives • Develop effective partnerships with company leaders • Supervise, coach, and mentor staff • Maintain dotted-line reporting relationships with ROI staff and CDP members involved in Epiphany Benchmarking and Predictive Insights

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge/experience with data modeling and using Machine Learning tools and algorithms to develop and deploy client-facing models • Deep experience with cross-organizational benchmarking products and services • Strong fundraising background • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience developing and launching new products • Experience building and successfully executing against budgets • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite or related software • Ability to plan agendas, lead meetings, and convey expertise • BS/BA in a relevant field is preferred • Ability to work in the Eastern Time Zone • Ability to work in one of the specified eligible U.S. locations
