📋 Description

• Monitor account health using KPIs (Health Score) • Anticipate risks and identify opportunities for improvement • Act as a "translator" between the engineering team and the end customer • Suggest product improvements based on real tax pain points • Conduct strategic meetings to present results and generated savings • Create content and training to help users master the platform's features

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) companies • Tax expertise: solid knowledge of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS) and ancillary filing obligations (SPEDs, EFD, GIA) • Comfortable with integrations (APIs) and data import/export (JSON/CSV) • Familiarity with ERPs (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle) • Proficiency with metrics such as Churn, MRR, NPS, and expansion • Ability to use Excel/BI tools to demonstrate the product's ROI to clients.
