• Experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, sales, or a related field preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable with remote work and self-management • Tech-savvy and familiar with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools • Must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work • Must have a computer, internet access, and a quiet work environment
