📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day Corporate IT operations and serve as a hands-on technical administrator • Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, and conditional access policies • Own the operational health and reliability of Corporate IT services • Manage the MSP and other IT service providers • Establish service expectations, SLAs, escalation paths, operating procedures, and measurable support standards • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex support incidents • Review ticket trends, recurring issues, and systemic failures and drive corrective actions • Maintain IT operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge-base documentation • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, device replacement, and access-management processes • Manage email, domain, DNS, vendors, licensing, and procurement processes • Lead or substantially contribute to Corporate IT projects aligned with the IT and security strategy roadmap • Collaborate with IT Security and stakeholders on execution of the IT security strategy • Administer Intune for Windows and macOS endpoints • Maintain Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager integrations • Manage compliance policies, device configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security configurations • Support BitLocker and FileVault recovery processes • Manage Windows and macOS provisioning standards • Administer Windows 365 Cloud PCs • Own the laptop procurement process and hardware lifecycle processes • Troubleshoot complex endpoint-management problems beyond the MSP’s capabilities • Administer major corporate SaaS applications, including account management, SSO integration, and SCIM provisioning • Support identity/access management, device compliance, SaaS security configuration, incident response, Defender/Purview, phishing remediation, and system audits • Translate technical problems into operational and business impact • Communicate with executives and nontechnical teams • Establish standard processes, clarify ownership, prioritize requests, document systems, and work with internal teams and external providers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive corporate IT / systems administration experience • 2+ years supervising IT operations, an MSP, technical vendors, or equivalent service-delivery relationships • Advanced Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience • Strong Microsoft Intune experience across Windows and macOS • Practical experience with Conditional Access, MFA, Enterprise Applications, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, and B2B/guest identities • Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting • macOS administration and Apple Business Manager experience • Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams administration • Working knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC • SaaS application administration and lifecycle management • Experience working with an MSP-managed support model • Must have residency in California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington
