📋 Description

• Provide direction on inventory and client-specific priorities to team members • Analyze existing inventory and ensure defined goals are met • Monitor inventory backlog and review timely filing, aging, and other reports for compliance with client protocols • Maintain updated access to client systems related to account work • Review and summarize accounts up to a designated amount for closure according to client-specific standard operating procedures • Provide direction on maintaining client-specific protocols and procedures • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to coach and mentor team members • Prepare corrective action plans for performance improvement • Complete annual performance reviews for direct reports • Use web portals, client systems, and databases to help team members resolve accounts • Communicate questions and concerns to leadership • Retrieve and analyze inventory workflow reports • Assist management with ad hoc inventory initiatives and other assigned projects • Assist in training new and existing employees and contribute training materials • Escalate complex accounts to management • Prepare client-facing responses to inquiries from Client Services regarding client accounts • Support quality assurance through periodic account auditing • Assist with account closures and client-specific projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for Knowtion Health or a hospital, physician practice, payer, RCM vendor, or in a customer service role • Aptitude for leadership • High level of professionalism • Understanding of debt collection rules and regulations • Adherence to HIPAA requirements • Advanced computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Excellent multitasking skills • Ability to work in a demanding environment • Mathematical ability to calculate rates using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division • Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, claims, patient medical records, inpatient/outpatient discharge summaries and reports, instructions, policies, and procedures in written (English) and diagram form • Valid government-issued photo identification required during screening and/or interviews • Dedicated, distraction-free work space at home
