📋 Description

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt Operations positions • Conduct intakes, post jobs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, generate offer letters, and launch background checks • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop recruiting strategies • Source talent through traditional and creative channels • Build and manage candidate pools and maintain candidate engagement • Promote positive candidate and hiring-manager experiences through communication and follow-through • Maintain recruiting documentation in Workday and guide hiring managers on Workday recruiting processes • Collaborate on Talent Acquisition and broader HR team projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including recruiting for hourly and salaried positions • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing/pipeline KPIs • Experience actively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards or professional networking sites • Ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels simultaneously • Highly organized and detail oriented • Comfortable using data and reporting tools to evaluate sourcing channels • Passion for superior candidate experience and diversity hiring • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills • Business acumen and business partnering skills • Understanding of employment laws, compliance regulations, and recruiting best practices • Strong understanding of employment branding principles • Workday ATS experience highly preferred • Phenom CRM or similar TA CRM preferred • High volume recruiting experience preferred
