📋 Description

• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational design needs, influence headcount planning, and advise on hiring strategies • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and close • Build candidate pools for hard-to-fill key roles across different locations • Maintain relationships with strong passive candidates • Provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes using data and key metrics • Ensure a high-quality, values-aligned candidate experience reflecting VRChat’s brand and culture • Lead hiring efforts for strategic business and technical roles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience hiring across technical, product, and/or creative roles • Ability to partner with hiring managers on role scoping, candidate calibration, and hiring decisions • Proven success closing candidates in competitive markets • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating offer negotiations • Ability to operate independently in a lean environment with minimal oversight • Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build high-quality pipelines across functions • Experience using data and market insights to inform hiring strategy and improve outcomes • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
