📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments • Support virtual infrastructure using Nutanix, VMware, and Citrix technologies • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and infrastructure issues • Manage core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server replication • Implement system updates and enhancements following established best practices • Partner with Cybersecurity to maintain system security and compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support enterprise infrastructure • Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with user training • Reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience • 2+ years of experience administering and supporting VMware environments, including vCenter, vSphere, and ESXi • Experience implementing, migrating, supporting, and troubleshooting cloud-based infrastructure and architecture solutions • Experience administering or supporting enterprise data storage technologies, including NAS and SAN solutions • Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting hyperconverged infrastructure solutions, such as Nutanix and Citrix platforms • Experience working with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, and routers, in enterprise environments • Experience developing technical solutions and documentation to resolve complex infrastructure issues and support recurring issue prevention • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Written work instructions are available in English only
