📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for pre-posturing and placing F-135 unit-level parts to military bases and multi-use/depot sites • Foster accountability, continuous improvement, customer focus, collaboration, and employee engagement • Support talent management activities • Establish team priorities, assign workloads, and monitor daily operational performance • Ensure customer requirements, service, and contractual commitments are achieved • Drive Unit Level and Depot Level fill rates and Gross Issue Effectiveness by analyzing trends, removing barriers, and implementing corrective actions • Monitor spares forecasts and usage at operational sites and Multi-Use Warehouses • Coordinate spares redistribution actions to satisfy forecasted demand • Direct planning and execution of initial Base Support Packages for new site activations • Manage return of unserviceable assets from unit-level sites back to HFFR

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree • 8 years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or Logistics Management, or an advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience • U.S. Person status required: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee in the U.S. • Minimum 5+ years of aerospace/defense supply support experience preferred • Logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience preferred • Customer service experience preferred • Strong written and communication skills preferred • In-depth knowledge of PW/Raytheon Technologies internal supply policies, practices, and standard work highly desired • Proficiency in SAP spares-related transactions preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including VLOOKUP formulas, highly desired • Strong analytical skills and ability to organize, logically analyze, and present spares information from multiple information systems • Availability for 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm EST
