The company offers off-grid and cellular-enabled camera hardware (trail cameras, security cameras), companion mobile and web apps with data plans for live streaming and remote monitoring, plus accessories and apparel for hunters, land managers and security customers.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound shipments from suppliers to 3PL warehouses and outbound shipping to customers • Oversee 3PL relationships, including performance reviews, SLAs, and cost management • Lead warehouse/DC operations, including QA, pick/pack/ship, and inventory accuracy • Implement and manage logistics KPIs, SOX compliance, ISO standards, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) • Execute customer routing guides and support logistics for trade shows and display unit fabrication • Manage transportation logistics, including freight carrier selection, import/export compliance, and hazmat handling • Own cost and lead time optimization, freight payment, and risk mitigation • Support rework, reconfiguration, SKU conversions, and rebalancing efforts for inventory optimization • Oversee NPI (New Product Introduction) Logistics, RMA, EOL, and scrap processes • Facilitate product sorting, firmware reflashing, CTO (config-to-order), soft bundling, and overpacking as needed • Directly manage the current Logistics team • Work closely with Sales Administration, Order Operations, Product, and Supply Chain teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of logistics/supply chain experience with 3–5 years of leadership experience • Strong experience managing 3PL operations and relationships • Experience in consumer electronics or similar industry highly preferred • Strong understanding of transportation logistics, import/export regulations, and compliance standards • Proficiency in NetSuite is highly desired • Import/export certification or broker license is a strong plus • Willingness to travel up to 30%
