📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and organize all construction-site logistics • Manage shipping and delivery of materials • Manage laydown yard warehousing, inventory, material issuing to crews and subcontractors, material transfers, and assets • Conduct regular audits and reporting to ensure materials are accounted for and prevent construction delays • Maintain communication with carriers and suppliers • Ensure deliveries are accurate as ordered • Execute shipment transactions to achieve 100% on-time shipment and order fill rate for assigned locations • Oversee a small onsite logistics team • Partner with subcontractors performing post, racking, and electrical tasks to supply required materials • Monitor the site and maintain logistics reporting and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Previous construction experience • Proficient Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Previous logistics experience with an understanding of planning, material management, and inventory tracking systems • Willingness to travel 100% of the time and work on construction sites • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing competing demands • Ability to work in various weather conditions and walk on uneven terrains • Not eligible for visa sponsorship • Solar construction Logistics Superintendent experience preferred • Previous experience leading teams as a Foreman preferred
