📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Power BI data products • Identify opportunities to leverage data products to create value and improve decision-making • Gather, prioritize, and refine stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories • Partner with development teams to deliver features and enhancements on time and to quality standards • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors • Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement • Create and maintain product documentation, standard work, training materials, and data governance information • Collaborate with MS Dynamics and database management teams to deliver product objectives • Drive iterative improvements using Scrum and Agile methodologies • Maintain Jira and Confluence to monitor execution and support program tracking • Analyze data to improve performance, communication, and program outcomes • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align with system-level activities • Define change impact and develop change management plans with the business and change-management lead • Stay current on Power BI, Fabric, data, and analytics trends and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field and 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience • Experience in Product Ownership of a digital application, preferably related to data analytics and visualization • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for tracking project progress and managing backlog • Experience working with or managing data visualizations • Ability to lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and end users • Ability to write effective user stories for developers • Proficiency in analyzing user data, market research, and performance metrics • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with MS Dynamics and/or Power BI / Fabric preferred • Coding skills (SQL, DAX) preferred • SAFe or Agile certifications preferred • Familiarity with Agile roles such as Scrum Master, QA, and Developers preferred • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma preferred
