• Maintain operational and service excellence across all Pratt & Whitney Digital services • Ensure alignment of service scope with budgets, risk management, operational excellence, service excellence, and special projects execution • Supervise a team of specialists covering all areas of scope • Report to the VP, CDO within the Pratt & Whitney Digital Team • Establish processes and best practices aligning actions, users, licenses, vendors, and SLAs with budgets and financial planning • Facilitate planning and reporting with PW Digital leadership, finance, and operations leads • Build and manage PW Digital’s operational rhythm and monthly Operations, Finance, and Business Management reviews • Track improvement targets, control tower measures, finances, and key initiatives • Maintain folder structures and Teams Channel repository strategy • Maintain key dates and deliverables calendar • Launch and support employee engagement and Pulse survey action-planning programs • Develop and maintain metrics, templates, and dashboards for operational, finance, and business management reviews • Create reporting and dashboarding views aligned with PW Digital, CORE, and RTX Digital best practices • Develop IT service delivery processes in accordance with ITIL and cybersecurity policies • Focus on service level management, incident/problem management, service fulfillment, and security/compliance • Partner with leadership and application teams to understand service issues and drive changes • Support and execute special projects with the CDO office, PW Digital leadership, and organizational partners
• Bachelor’s Degree with 14+ years of experience in operational excellence, service excellence, or related field; OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in operational excellence, service excellence, or related field • Extensive experience in metrics and reporting, financial reporting, and risk management • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) • Knowledge of applicable regulations (SOX, ITAR, EAR) and Pratt & Whitney and RTX policies • U.S. citizenship is required • Willingness to travel up to 10%
