📋 Description

• Deliver IT solutions for Operations, particularly production, assembly and test, and plant maintenance organizations • Engage with operations to understand customer requirements and develop solutions • Partner with Digital Technology teams, third-party software vendors, partners, and subject matter experts • Propose solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and apply application-process and architecture best practices • Define process opportunities that streamline business processes and drive business benefits • Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions and applications • Support the current SAP ECC environment and related production and engine-center projects • Participate in the SAP S/4HANA digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream • Document business requirements and translate them into solution specifications • Work in cross-functional teams to integrate Operations with enterprise applications • Lead or participate in ERP projects and align stakeholders on vision, scope, schedule, and budget • Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvements through standard application configurations • Provide knowledge transfer to post-go-live support teams • Travel as required by business or project needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field and 8+ years of Information Technology experience, including customer-facing experience, requirements gathering, functional/technical solution design, support, and project management/delivery; OR advanced degree and 5+ years of Information Technology or related experience with the same capabilities • 5+ years of SAP configuration experience in the SAP Production Planning module • SAP S/4HANA experience desired • Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills • Project management experience • U.S. citizenship required • SAP PP certification (ECC/S4) or equivalent experience preferred • Working knowledge of other SAP modules an asset • Strong technical experience in a complex SAP landscape preferred • Leadership of successful process improvement initiatives preferred • Process development and implementation spanning organizational boundaries preferred • Agile mindset and experience implementing and supporting scaled agile practices preferred • Program debugging experience preferred • BTP/MES experience preferred • Ability and availability to travel based on business/project needs
