📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with the Program Management Office, Global Trade Program Support, Audit, Investigations & Disclosure, and Central Technology Management teams • Develop dashboards, websites, and support data analysis, health monitoring, and other key data management tasks • Report to the Global Trade Program Management Office • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and SharePoint environments to track KPIs and business performance • Identify data needs and deliver actionable insights with Global Trade teams • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources • Analyze data using statistical and mathematical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics; OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics • Proficiency with Power BI and Power Query • Experience with data transformation projects (ETL) • Experience with data modelling and SQL • Experience with SharePoint, including Lists and governance • Experience with Power Automate and Power App • Experience with Snowflake and Databricks • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations • Work experience ensuring compliance with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. sanctions regulations • Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization • Strong organizational skills, including communicating and presenting to multiple organizational levels • Ability to motivate, influence, manage crises, develop effective internal networks, and collaborate with multiple business functions
