📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and support S/4HANA deployment waves across Mission Systems • Serve as primary deployment focal for assigned sites • Lead integrated planning, site readiness, business engagement, cutover coordination, and post-go-live stabilization • Develop and maintain deployment plans and integrate site activities with the broader S/4HANA program schedule • Manage cross-functional dependencies, milestones, resource needs, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions • Lead site readiness assessments across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other functions • Coordinate data migration, testing, organizational change management, training, cutover, Digital Technology, boundary applications, and site operations • Facilitate cross-functional deployment meetings and escalate unresolved risks and decisions to program leadership • Support cutover plans, mock cutovers, deployment rehearsals, readiness checkpoints, command center planning, and go-live execution • Coordinate hypercare, issue triage, stabilization metrics, hypercare exit criteria, and transition to steady-state support • Maintain deployment schedules, trackers, dashboards, and status reports • Support executive and site-level communications, site visits, workshops, readiness activities, business adoption, and lessons learned • Partner with site leaders, Business Process Leaders, Digital Technology, Collins PST deployment teams, and cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of relevant experience • 7 or more years of relevant experience in program management, project management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, ERP implementation, or business transformation • Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects or deployments • Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or enterprise systems • Demonstrated planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex and changing environments • U.S. citizenship required • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations, or related field preferred • Experience supporting SAP or S/4HANA implementation preferred • Experience with ERP deployment, site readiness, cutover, or hypercare preferred • Aerospace and defense or regulated manufacturing experience preferred • Familiarity with MES, PLM, warehouse management, quality systems, or other boundary applications preferred • Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Power BI, or similar tools preferred • PMP, Agile, Prosci, SAP, or related certification preferred • Experience across multiple sites, functions, or business units preferred
