📋 Description

• Design, build, and code critical Aviation Intelligence projects • Develop real-time data streaming and inference systems • Ensure high-throughput data availability • Apply AI/ML and transform raw data into actionable insight • Leverage technologies for very large datasets • Solve open-ended performance and efficiency problems • Help plan and communicate project work • Bring ideas and contribute beyond execution • Build products whose predictions improve aviation operations for airlines and airports

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Intermediate or better knowledge of Rust • Python experience • Experience with Unix-style systems, including basic administration • Hands-on Kubernetes experience operating production workloads • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar • Ability to work within an agile development style • Preferred: Experience with AWS, Terraform, Kafka, Nix, distributed systems, reliability and scaling, observability stacks, Dagster/Airflow or similar ETL orchestration tools, production ML/AI systems, infrastructure performance and cost optimization, Iceberg/Spark/Elasticsearch, and hybrid cloud/on-prem Kubernetes environments
