📋 Description

• Lead Raytheon-wide CORE strategic engagement initiatives spanning businesses and functions • Collaborate across the organization to optimize the business, solve complex problems, and maximize customer success • Manage improvement initiatives including scope, cost, schedule, financial forecasting including EAC, project/resource planning, and risk/opportunity mitigation • Define and maintain project metrics, milestones, critical paths, and initiative performance • Prepare and deliver communications and updates for leadership • Coach, mentor, facilitate, and train CORE methods and tools • Accelerate development of CORE Experts-in-Training and expand certified capabilities • Travel domestically 25% or more

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience • Experience in Raytheon program processes/cadence • Experience partnering with and influencing managers and stakeholders across the organization • Experience driving transformational change, process improvement, efficiencies, and/or cost reduction/avoidance using project and change management skills • CORE Expert or equivalent certification such as Six Sigma Black Belt; CORE Expert-in-Training with advanced progress may be considered • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Active and existing Secret DoD security clearance required after day 1 • Preferred experience leading, training, and coaching Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools • Preferred background in cost reduction, EAC improvement, or synergy creation • Preferred master’s degree in Business, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field • Preferred advanced certification in Lean/CORE/Six Sigma or equivalent external certifications
