📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document procurement and supply chain processes • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for SAP Ariba solutions • Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvements and system enhancements • Perform hands-on configuration of SAP Ariba Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Invoicing modules • Partner with functional and technical teams to implement features, workflows, and integrations • Participate in system design, prototyping, and testing • Support integration of SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues • Support middleware tools and APIs used in the integration landscape • Investigate and resolve system issues, errors, and performance challenges • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for SAP Ariba incidents and escalations • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures • Liaise between business users, IT teams, and external vendors • Deliver training and documentation to end-users and support teams • Provide stakeholders with updates on project status and system performance • Stay updated on SAP Ariba features, best practices, and industry trends • Recommend system enhancements and process optimizations to drive efficiency and cost savings • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and quality assurance activities

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience • Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on SAP Ariba • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba configuration, integration, and troubleshooting • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration to meet project milestones and objectives • Experience with SAP ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA • Experience with integration tools and methodologies, such as middleware and APIs • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools • SAP Ariba certifications preferred • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Ability to travel periodically to support business needs, approximately 30%
