📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs aligned with commodity strategies and long-term supply chain objectives • Partner with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Strategic Sourcing teams on supplier selection, program milestones, and product launches • Drive supplier engagement and readiness for new product development and production ramp-up • Evaluate supplier capabilities, cost competitiveness, and supply chain risks • Analyze supplier quotations and identify cost optimization opportunities • Resolve sourcing, technical, and delivery issues with suppliers and cross-functional teams • Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive updates on sourcing progress, supplier readiness, and program risks • Use SAP and Microsoft Office to manage sourcing activities, supplier data, and program documentation • Occasionally travel to the Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico site as business needs require

🎯 Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field • Professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), product development, or program launch activities preferred • Project or Program Management experience within Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain environments preferred • Knowledge of cost management, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing principles preferred • Experience with electronic components or electronics commodity suppliers preferred • SAP experience or proficiency preferred • Business acumen focused on cost optimization and supplier performance preferred • Must reside in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment; relocation is not offered
