• Lead Supply Chain, Mission Assurance, and Engineering professionals on supplier performance and strategy approaches • Improve the overall performance of assigned suppliers • Collaborate across Supply Chain, Mission Assurance, Engineering, Operations, and Program Management and with assigned suppliers • Evolve supply base alignment with Raytheon’s technology roadmaps • Prepare purchase orders and PO documentation according to company directives, contract flow-downs, and work instructions • Manage post-awward purchase orders according to company directives and work instructions • Manage suppliers to meet program quality and delivery requirements • Prepare and execute PIAs, Long Term Agreements, Bailment, and other agreements • Lead and present executive-level reviews and briefings • Drive supplier performance, affordability, and flawless execution
• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, or related experience, OR an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of related experience • Leadership experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • U.S. citizenship required for security-clearance eligibility • Experience developing suppliers and improving supplier performance and affordability • Demonstrated experience in mechanical commodities, including hardware, machining, raw material, castings/forgings, and sheet metal • Ability to build relationships and lead in a cross-functional environment • Ability to interface with varying levels of management and multiple functions • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Experience in constraint management and lean manufacturing principles • Skilled in communication, team building, conflict resolution, and relationship management • Ability to lead and present executive-level reviews and briefings • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Experience with operations or program management, including program development lifecycle, Statement of Work generation, risk management, action item management, and requirement change management • Experience and understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) • Six Sigma process improvement experience, such as Raytheon Technologies CORE and/or historic Raytheon R6s • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Awareness of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFAR, and ITAR requirements • Security clearance: Secret or Top Secret preferred • Master's degree in Business or another related field preferred
