📋 Description

• Triage, assess, and manage incoming Global Speak-Up reports • Evaluate allegations for risk and priority • Assign cases to appropriate investigative teams • Ensure adherence to global compliance policies and procedures supporting RTX’s Code of Conduct • Conduct workplace investigations • Monitor case progress • Support data integrity within investigation systems • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Security, and business leadership • Ensure compliance concerns are addressed appropriately • Promote transparency, accountability, and proper escalation practices • Draft case summaries and maintain investigation documentation

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Experience in compliance, investigations, ethics, operations, legal, HR, or related fields • Familiarity with triage, risk assessment, or incident intake processes • Prior involvement in workplace or other investigations, including fact-finding and documentation • Experience using case management or investigation recording systems • Background working with cross-functional partners such as HR, Legal, Security, and Operations • Understanding of global compliance policies, standards, and governance • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive matters professionally • Clear, concise written and verbal communication abilities, including drafting case summaries • U.S. citizenship, U.S. person status, or qualifying immigration status required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
