📋 Description

• Generate recurring cost estimates • Provide analysis services supporting business proposals, design-to-cost efforts, engineering changes, and should-cost estimates • Coordinate and collaborate with contracts, program management, engineering, supply chain, plant sites, and pricing • Collect and analyze data • Create compliant estimate packages or analyses • Assist with creating new estimating tools and processes • Actively participate in continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Knowledge of MS Office, with stronger emphasis in MS Excel Pivot Tables, formulas, and macros • Familiarity with manufacturing processes • Familiarity with BOMs, product structures, and reading engineering drawings • Previous experience in cost estimation preferred • Knowledge of SAP preferred • Understanding of materials, labor and overhead rates, standards, material and/or learning factors preferred • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and/or CORE preferred
