📋 Description

• Lead the transition from Azure DevOps (ADO) to Jira, including workspace design, workflow creation, repository linkage, and user adoption • Own and administer the Jira environment, ensuring long-term sustainment and continuous improvement • Manage digital project intake, validating business cases, deliverables, and resource availability • Establish and manage digital project prioritization frameworks and provide updates to stakeholders and senior leadership • Build and maintain dashboards, roadmaps, and reporting artifacts covering project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes • Ensure adherence to Global Trade requirements, including project CLARAs and related documentation • Support Ignition development projects • Apply SQL and Python to validate datasets, review logic, and support analytics work • Collaborate with Engineering, DT, Product, and Business teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with enterprise standards • Lead best practices in digital project management, DevOps workflows, and change management communication • Mentor team members and strengthen digital project methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) typically required, unless prohibited by local laws/regulations • Minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience typically required unless prohibited by local laws/regulations • 8+ years of experience in digital project management or DevOps leadership roles • Demonstrated experience implementing Jira at scale, including administrative ownership • Experience with DevOps workflows and digital tool integrations • Working experience with SQL and Python • Prior experience reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders • Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven environments • Prior experience with Ignition preferred; training will be provided • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives preferred • Familiarity with Azure and JIRA DevOps, code repositories, and pipeline tooling preferred • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems • No security clearance required
