📋 Description

• Provide leadership and management of Digital Technology captures for multiple Naval Power SBU program proposals • Serve as the primary Digital Technology touchpoint for all early gate capture support for a Strategic Business Unit • Partner with SBU Program Architects in Digital Technology proposal response Agile workflows • Support Agile initiatives, data capture, and workflow management of the Digital Technology Front End of the Business portfolio • Inform stakeholders and partner with Proposal Leads when transitioning proposal efforts • Support special projects related to Program Architecture as necessary • Proactively engage across the Digital Technology organization and related functions and stakeholders • Collaborate with Program, Capture, and Digital Technology leadership across multiple functional areas • Travel domestically based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience • Experience with proposal preparation, IT and Engineering requirements analysis, cost and schedule estimation, and technical documentation related to the Statement of Work (SOW) • Experience with Contracts, BOEs, IT and Engineering Processes and Practices • Experience facilitating and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP) • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date • U.S. citizenship required • Extensive experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager preferred • PMP and/or PMX/CMX Certification highly desired • Expertise in project management, risk/opportunity analysis, cost analysis (CAM), and performance tracking across complex programs preferred • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math or STEM degree preferred
