• Support the Digital Technology Finance organization within Digital Business Systems • Oversee financials for Networks & Integration Services and Hosting Services teams • Develop budgets and perform monthly variance reporting, analysis, and forecasting • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting • Maintain historical records and perform trend analysis • Recommend and interpret budgetary policies and procedures • Participate in external and internal management reviews • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly expense, labor usage, variance, risk and opportunity reports • Develop year-end forecasts from consolidated business inputs • Support quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), including costs, risks, and opportunities for Digital Technologies • Analyze EAC changes from prior periods by CAS segment • Analyze performance against the latest EAC across CAS segments • Perform detailed financial analysis of monthly variances to budget baseline and EAC positions • Support monthly Management Business Reviews and internal reviews • Maintain the alternate cost center hierarchy in APEX/SAP • Prepare budgets • Ensure cost center changes and creations follow approved processes and address CAS-specific requirements
• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience • Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word and PowerPoint • Experience using financial software systems • Advanced Excel skills preferred, including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, and SQL • Experience using SAP Business Systems, including APEX, PRISM, and Business Warehouse preferred • Defense Contracting Finance work experience preferred • U.S. citizenship required • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories • Candidates may be asked to attend select interview steps in person • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements • Experience working within teams • Clear, succinct, and polished written and verbal communication skills • Ability to convey business acumen to stakeholders without financial expertise • Comfort working in dynamic environments and taking on new challenges
