📋 Description

• Develop and manage financial models and monthly reporting packages • Report to the Sr. Director of Finance with a dotted line to the CFO • Interface with Finance and Accounting management, business unit leaders, department heads, and PE investors • Support month-end close and analyze actual results and implications for forecasts and operations • Maintain, update, and improve the monthly forecast and rolling forecast models • Own relationships with business partners and department leaders to provide insights into trends • Provide recurring and ad hoc monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting • Support compliance with federal and state regulations and reporting requirements • Develop understanding of organizational KPIs and metrics • Drive process improvement, operational insights, and data analysis • Perform ad hoc financial analysis, modeling, sensitivity analysis, and what-if analysis • Support treasury functions and banking relationships • Prepare and update monthly sales commission reporting • Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools • Perform other cross-company duties and ad hoc analysis as assigned • Attend and demonstrate competency in required HIPAA training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required • 3-6 years of progressive experience within corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or accounting (public or private) • Ability to build remote relationships and influence confidentiality with a wide range of stakeholders (executive presence) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) • Understanding of MS Dynamics preferred / or other ERP systems • Experience using Power BI preferred • Understanding of M&A initiatives / process • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Core-hours availability from 8:00AM to 5:00PM CT • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant to industry demands • Experience in the PBM or Healthcare industry preferred but not required • Must comply with HIPAA obligations, complete required HIPAA training, and report discovered violations
