📋 Description

• Serve as lead administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite • Own NetSuite configuration, maintenance, and optimization across accounts, workflows, records, searches, roles, and permissions • Own the broader finance technology stack and integrations, including Ramp, Coupa, Avalara, Stripe, FloQast, and Pigment • Streamline and accelerate month-end and quarter-end close with automation and improved processes • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering on scalable system solutions • Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of finance system requests using a ticketing system • Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements from scoping through adoption • Apply AI-driven and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data quality • Evaluate and streamline manual and brittle finance-stack integrations • Collaborate with the data team on a finance data mart, reporting dashboards, and data governance • Support internal controls, SOX readiness, audits, access reviews, and change-management documentation • Set technical standards, documentation, and best practices for financial systems • Report to and partner closely with the Director of Financial Systems • Help grow the financial systems function from one person to a team of two

🎯 Requirements

• Roughly 6–8 years of experience in financial systems • Deep hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration expertise • Understanding of accounting and finance processes, including month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report • Hands-on experience with Ramp, Coupa, Avalara, Stripe, and FloQast, including integration with NetSuite • Understanding of APIs and middleware • Experience building and maintaining reliable integrations and automations • Experience applying AI to finance or systems workflows • Strong project management skills • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery • Experience using a ticketing system such as Jira • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience working with external vendors and partners • Self-starter who challenges the status quo, takes ownership, and makes strong recommendations • Track record in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment • Experience scaling systems and controls in a pre-IPO/SOX context especially valuable • NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteQL is a plus • Pigment experience strongly desired • Experience with a finance data mart, such as Snowflake, and connected reporting, such as Hex, would stand out
