• Lead the integration of AI/ML, digital twins, and advanced analytics into the F135 engine program • Serve as the authoritative leader for identifying, evaluating, and integrating advanced digital tools, platforms, and methodologies • Enhance program efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction through digital capabilities • Evaluate industry digital capabilities and identify opportunities to accelerate emerging technology integration into the F135 program • Influence the program digital strategy and roadmap • Align long-term RTX digital goals with F135 Program business objectives • Foster a collaborative culture that promotes innovation, agility, continuous learning, and professional growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or another STEM-related field, plus 14 years of experience in software development and digital transformation roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership role; or an advanced degree plus 12 years of experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role • Experience with emerging digital trends, tools, and methodologies, including AI/ML, digital twins, advanced data analytics, and cloud computing • Proven track record leading the integration of advanced digital technologies into large programs and complex, matrixed organizations • U.S. citizenship required due to export control regulations • Experience in the aerospace or defense industry, particularly with propulsion systems (preferred) • Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and/or Model Based Enterprise (MBE) (preferred) • Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, with experience as an Agile team leader (preferred) • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders (preferred)
