📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements for engineering applications • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment • Adhere to SAFe Agile principles and practices • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code meeting best practices and coding standards • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Provide timely and effective solutions • Conduct demonstrations of successful work-product implementation • Continuously improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required • University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field • Experience in full stack development using C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and/or SQL • Experience with SAFe Agile principles and practices • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with version control systems such as Git • Experience managing work in Jira • Experience in the aerospace or defense industry preferred • Understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices preferred • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment preferred
