📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI • Build frontend experiences using React across the full stack • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand use cases • Co-build custom AI agents and workflows • Own product and infrastructure areas end-to-end, from problem identification to shipping • Make architectural decisions • Collaborate closely with co-founders • Influence the product roadmap and company strategy • Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Take ownership of outcomes from problem identification through feature shipping

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering • Experience at an early-stage, VC-backed startup (Seed to Series B) • Proficiency in Python and backend development with FastAPI • Experience with React or an equivalent modern frontend framework • Demonstrated promotion history in at least one previous role • Strong communication skills for interfacing directly with enterprise customers and translating requirements into features • California-based strongly preferred; SF Bay Area ideal
