📋 Description

• Lead annual operating plan, budget development, forecasting, and long-range financial and resource planning • Identify organizational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps • Develop and implement solutions to improve speed, quality, and execution • Drive development, simplification, and continuous improvement of security policies, processes, and operating procedures • Establish and mature security education and training strategies, programs, and workforce capabilities • Coordinate priorities across security disciplines to reduce duplication and improve collaboration • Develop metrics, reporting, governance, and management mechanisms to measure progress, identify risks, and drive accountability • Drive operational excellence and align resources with security and business objectives • Collaborate across security disciplines to identify operational gaps and execute strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date • Active and existing DoD Top Secret security clearance required on day 1 • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience • Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives • Experience with Microsoft Products • CORE Professional or CORE Expert Certification preferred • Experience managing workforce development initiatives, including education, training, and talent development programs preferred • Familiarity with financial management, including budget development, forecasting, and long-range planning preferred • Familiarity with metrics development and reporting mechanisms preferred • Experience in policy development and process improvement within security organizations preferred
