📋 Description

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team while embedding in a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, clarify the decisions analyses should inform, and challenge flawed questions • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key business metrics • Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion • Help Jerry.ai expand from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python • First-principles problem-solving ability • Experience defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, and designing experiments • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Full-time salaried employment
