📋 Description

• Develop process-driven solutions that drive measurable results • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities • Align processes to technology to design, develop, and deploy custom solutions • Analyze current business processes and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for incremental improvement • Recommend process changes, new technologies, and organizational changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business performance • Develop a large-scale strategic vision and ensure new business processes align with it • Manage sales processes beyond day-to-day procurement • Maintain strong customer relationships and secure stakeholder alignment on recommended solutions • Collaborate with customers, project managers, technical teams, consultants, architects, and subject matter experts • Solve complex business transformation challenges through technology

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in multiple business processes: PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc. • Process certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL or equivalent) • Business acumen and deep working knowledge of progressive business procedures • Expertise in value chain mapping • Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Experience in process mining, simulation, and business process modeling and notation (preferred) • Demonstrated leadership skills in executive communications and presentation of business cases in support of incentive enterprise business needs (preferred) • Ability to work with customers, project managers, technical teams, and cross-functional technical subject matter experts • If hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, may be required to show proof of vaccination according to their policies
