📋 Description

• Lead current-state process assessments across finance and adjacent functions • Quantify AI and automation value opportunities and identify high-ROI agent use cases • Build CFO-ready financial models and business cases for AI investment • Redesign roles, organizational structures, and operating models to capture AI/ML value • Advise on workforce transition, upskilling, and governance changes • Define and maintain client AI product roadmaps • Translate business requirements into agent specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, schemas, exception-handling logic, HITL/HOTL decision points, and success metrics • Lead sprint planning, development planning, demos, and deployments with engineers and data architects • Manage scope, velocity, blockers, timelines, and fixed-fee budgets • Build relationships with executive client stakeholders and facilitate steering committees • Present sprint demos and communicate roadmap progress and tradeoffs • Design change-management plans, training programs, change-champion networks, and adoption KPI dashboards • Define outcome metrics and produce Value Realization Reports demonstrating ROI • Embed client-specific AI governance, override protocols, and audit trails • Contribute to agentic package refinement, case studies, ROI benchmarks, proposals, discovery workshops, and conference presentations • Mentor junior delivery team members and contribute to AI methodology and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Combined experience in finance (FP&A, accounting, or operations), management consulting, and/or enterprise technology product management; direct experience in at least two of these three domains required (number of years not specified) • Deep finance domain expertise, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, revenue operations, and at least one adjacent function • Product Owner or Product Manager experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or digital transformation • Proficiency with agile methodologies • Experience deploying or overseeing AI/ML or intelligent automation solutions, including RPA, NLP, or LLM-based solutions, in finance or operations • Technical fluency to evaluate feasibility and communicate with data architects and engineers • Deep domain knowledge of at least 1–2 industries • Experience building and presenting business cases for technology investment, including NPV/IRR analysis, payback period modeling, and sensitivity analysis • Workshop facilitation and process-mapping skills • Executive communication and stakeholder-management skills • Change management competency and experience executing technology-driven finance transformation programs • Ability to operate in a startup-within-a-consulting-firm environment • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university • CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, CSPO, or equivalent agile product certification preferred • For remote work, willingness to travel domestically up to 30%–40% • For hybrid work, availability to work on client site or in office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
