📋 Description

• Support the UPLIZNA Neurology & IgG4-RD commercial organization by leading defined business operations workstreams • Develop insights that inform decisions and coordinate execution across functional partners • Translate brand priorities into clear plans and track business performance • Partner with commercial functions to understand priorities, operational needs, and interdependencies • Conduct structured analyses and scenario assessments and provide actionable recommendations • Develop executive-ready presentations, business reviews, and narratives • Support brand planning, business reviews, forecasting, Long Range Strategy, and Quarterly Business Reviews • Lead strategic and operational initiatives and special projects from planning through implementation • Develop project plans with deliverables, owners, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures • Coordinate cross-functional working sessions, document decisions, and track completion • Serve as day-to-day project manager for strategic initiatives • Support governance through agendas, materials, decision tracking, and follow-up • Identify opportunities to use AI, digital capabilities, and automation to improve operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or Master's degree and 2 years of operations, consulting, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience; or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of such experience; or Associate's degree and 8 years of such experience; or high school diploma/GED and 10 years of such experience • Experience in Business Operations, Strategy and Operations, Commercial Excellence, Consulting, Analytics, project management, or a related commercial role • Commercial and business acumen • Experience supporting brand planning, business reviews, forecasting, performance management, governance, or strategic initiatives • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills • Demonstrated project management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate implications clearly • Ability to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority • Strong organization and prioritization skills • Interest in applying AI, automation, and digital tools • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, rare disease, or specialty markets is preferred
