Rula supports 90+ conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, etc. ), provides tools for scheduling and managing appointments, and offers resources like tests/quizzes and a provider directory spanning all 50 states. It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Spearhead impactful, complex, and strategic cross-functional projects driving Rula’s continued growth • Set mental models and decompose complex problems • Make recommendations using self-served data • Establish project requirements • Own business-critical projects end-to-end • Coordinate cross-functional partners and execute independently • Convert big-picture ideas into scaled and streamlined execution • Align multidisciplinary teams and drive measurable impact • Improve mental health and shape Rula’s long-term trajectory

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of combined experience in management consulting, Business Operations and Strategy, financial analysis, demand planning, or strategic planning roles within high-growth or mid-sized companies • Bachelor’s degree and/or higher degree • Intermediate analytical modeling skills (e.g. Google Sheets and Excel) • Proficiency leveraging SQL to regularly write queries independently • Ability to convert goals into operational plans across multidisciplinary teams, including performance measurement and system and/or mechanism design • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for audiences of diverse specializations and high seniority • Strong executive presence • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders, driving alignment, and facilitating challenging conversations • Experience working in a startup/fast-paced company environment (preferred) • Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Hex, PowerBI, or Tableau (preferred) • Experience leading and delivering 2+ long-term projects requiring 6+ months of continuous coordination across multidisciplinary teams (preferred) • Proven 0-to-1 execution experience launching new business lines, products, or major strategic initiatives from concept to rollout (preferred) • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii
