📋 Description

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, questions, and decisions before conducting analysis • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface actionable insights • Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts • Drive decisions and execution that improve key business metrics • Help Jerry.ai scale from 5M to 50M customers and pursue a $10B business goal

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Analytical proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Jerry.ai can hire full-time salaried employees residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
