📋 Description

• Provide financial administrative planning and control on large/challenging development programs • Develop program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) for earned value and project management purposes • Establish Contract Work Breakdown Structures (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionaries • Analyze program cost and schedule performance, identify trends, and provide information to the Project Leadership Team for corrective actions • Ensure proper implementation of EVMS using standardized processes and tools • Report on ongoing compliance reviews and periodic process audits, including DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process audits • Ensure program margin positions are current, accurate, and consistent with program status • Interact with external customers, including preparing, submitting, and reviewing customer cost and schedule-related data items • Serve as cost capture focal and provide actual spend data weekly • Establish and maintain program cost baselines • Measure performance against baselines • Incorporate regular status and Estimate to Complete (ETC) updates based on CAM inputs • Lead program teams through the month-end process • Reconcile data with accounting systems and project cost and schedule data • Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting • Prepare and analyze Estimates at Complete (EACs) and provide financial support to assigned program teams • Ensure compliance with the Mission Systems EV System Description • Liaise with government and internal EV auditors • Support program reviews • Participate in proposal development • Accommodate unexpected events and achieve critical deadlines while supporting Mission Systems objectives and initiatives • Travel up to 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Program controls and EVMS background • Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software • Experience with Microsoft Office, including extensive experience in Excel • Experience with SAP • Understanding of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) • Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts • Experience presenting to large groups and leadership • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Ability to travel up to 10% • Good verbal and written communication skills • Working knowledge of company business systems and policies, contracting processes, and earned value management techniques
