📋 Description

• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for complex proposals in accordance with FAR and RFP requirements • Understand cost burdening and fee application to build proposal cost/price • Prepare complex financial summaries and perform detailed analysis for senior management decision-making • Partner with contracts and lead customer fact-finding, negotiations, and DCAA/DCMA audits • Collaborate with leadership, engineering, procurement, contracts, business development, program management, and operations teams • Assess financial implications of pricing strategies and ensure accuracy and integrity of cost and pricing data • Lead proposal teams in identifying, assessing, and quantifying risks and opportunities • Participate in internal and external audits with limited supervision • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and FAR/DFARS requirements • Travel domestically less than 10%

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of U.S. Government Contracting Regulations • Ability to construct very complex proposals • Ability to perform detailed analysis and clearly articulate risks and opportunities • Ability to travel domestically less than 10% • Preferred: experience solving complex problems and converting complex data to actionable information • Preferred: experience with SAP, BMW, PARS, and ProPricer • Preferred: functional knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
