📋 Description

• Lead a team of analysts responsible for working with program teams on financial forecasting and reporting, Earned Value Management and compliance, and Estimates at Completion (EACs) • Develop team talent by training early-career analysts in tools, processes, and business acumen • Mentor advanced analysts on career next steps and opportunities to expand their knowledge and skillsets • Communicate with multiple levels of management and interact across organizational layers • Make recommendations for appropriate financial and business solutions • Support a fast-paced finance team requiring strategic thinking, multitasking, and individual initiative • Provide ad hoc data reporting support • Participate in senior-level projects and product-line initiatives • Interface with Program Managers, lead engineers, Contracts, Accounting, Supply Chain, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Experience with Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and Lookups • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Professional experience in Program Controls with data analysis, reporting, and/or process improvement • Experience with APEX EV (SAP) and working knowledge of SAP functions preferred • Experience with PMX Tool systems preferred • Experience applying EVMS principles, including Raytheon EVMS Certification, preferred • Understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) preferred • Financial controls experience relative to multiple contract types preferred • Experience with Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures, EACs, EDIT+, and RPlan or other financial forecasting tools preferred • Experience with external reporting and customer interactions, including IPMDAR, CFSR, and CSDR, preferred • Must accommodate Eastern Time Zone working hours
