📋 Description

• Lead complex contract negotiations for existing and new supplier partnerships • Ensure compliance with government and company policies, including FAR, DFAR, ITAR, and CPSR requirements • Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies from development through production and sustainment • Prepare FFP and CPFF purchase orders and related documentation • Manage post-award purchase orders according to company directives and work instructions • Develop and execute alternate sourcing strategies with cross-functional partners • Align strategic and technical roadmaps with supplier capabilities and capacity • Identify and develop risk mitigation and opportunity action plans in the supply base • Perform cost and price analysis, develop negotiation strategies, and lead negotiations • Establish terms and conditions for new energetics and propulsion commodity suppliers • Manage actions to establish new suppliers as RTX-approved suppliers • Develop and negotiate collaborative supplier agreements, including MTAs, LTAs, pricing agreements, partnership agreements, and bailment agreements • Partner with the international subcontracts team to execute purchase orders with international suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University degree and 5 years of experience in USG/DoD procurement, subcontracts, or Supply Chain Management, or an Advanced degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience • Experience negotiating complex contracts, including FFP, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ, and OTA • Experience managing critical supplier constraints • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) • Experience developing and executing Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs), requests for proposals, Best Value Source Selection (BVSS), supplier agreement execution, and medium/high-complexity supplier negotiations • Experience and/or knowledge of resource planning software, such as SAP / PRISM • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
