📋 Description

• Advise and influence program directors, factory leaders, and external customers • Manage and execute processes, standards, and plans supporting Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality strategy • Provide Cost Account Management support • Engage and support metrics for monthly Management Board Review meetings • Support proposals, including writing Basis of Estimates and Standard Bidding Tool materials • Support Missile Delivery and Teardown Tracking using SAP tools • Support the Material Program Manager team with metrics, data analytics, presentations, and supplier engagements • Implement internal operational key performance indicators to ensure timely customer delivery and adherence to plan • Lead operational excellence, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives across OSC processes • Support all Strategic Make Centers manufacturing sites

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience • Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365 • Experience working in a manufacturing factory environment • U.S. citizenship required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date • Ability to obtain an interim U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to start date • Ability to obtain a higher clearance level or program access prior to start date • Earned Value Management System certification preferred • Experience with data analytics and dashboard development preferred • Experience presenting to program leaders and customers preferred • Experience managing employees and teams and working within a matrix organization preferred • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities preferred
