📋 Description

• Support scheduling activities on multiple programs • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met • Provide guidance and analysis in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis • Support creation and execution of program plans as part of the Program Management Team • Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plans and schedules • Integrate major projects across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and other functional groups • Track plans and schedules, solicit updates, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts • Use milestone charts, earned value management, and project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances • Reconcile cost and schedule with the program cost analyst and address mismatches and root causes • Contribute to organizational projects, goals, and training materials • Suggest process and tool enhancements • Develop solutions to a variety of problems • Abide by company policies, procedures, ethics, and business conduct standards

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • Proficient with Microsoft Project • Experience with Earned Value Concepts • Experience with integrated schedules and logic networks using Microsoft Project software, or ability to learn the tool • Background with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Understanding of DI-MGMT-81861A, DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide, and Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide requirements • Compliance with company policies and procedures, including ethics and standards of business conduct • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Aerospace and defense experience preferred • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
