📋 Description

• Lead, conduct, and plan internal quality system, value stream, process, and product audits • Select audit teams and plan audits • Represent the audit team with Pratt & Whitney site leadership • Conduct opening and closing meetings and daily management debriefs • Complete audit reports • Issue, review, and approve formal corrective actions • Prepare and plan audits using historical and current performance data • Maintain audit records and manage corrective actions through closure • Create and help maintain audit process standard work • Assist in developing the annual audit schedule • Serve as the main point of contact for the main AS9100 certificate • Coordinate with the Certification Body and sites to ensure audits are planned and executed • Support regulatory and customer audits as needed • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Interact and communicate with groups and management levels

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • 5+ years of aviation, space, and defense quality auditing experience • AS9100 Lead Auditor Certificate • Working knowledge of RCCA tools • Detailed knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and requirements • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, quality manuals, and other detailed instructions • Ability to travel 30–50% domestically and internationally • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract • Demonstrated customer focus, business judgment, adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills
