📋 Description

• Lead procurement efforts supporting multiple programs within the Product Support business area • Foster relationships with suppliers and administer subcontracts throughout the acquisition life cycle • Engage in supplier performance, relationship management, and strategic sourcing • Facilitate complex business agreements supporting various contracts • Serve as the focal-point interface for communication between Raytheon programs and suppliers • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations/Proposals • Perform price and cost analysis and lead formal negotiations covering price, delivery, scope, and terms and conditions • Place purchase orders and associated change orders • Prepare purchase orders and documentation according to company directives, prime-contract flow-downs, and work instructions • Manage purchase orders post-award in accordance with company directives and work instructions • Resolve medium-complexity issues and conflicts in compliance with FAR/DFAR and corporate requirements • Work with Program and functional groups including Operations, Quality, and Engineering • Nurture relationships with first-tier subcontractors • Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree • Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export regulations • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required • Experience with proposals and all phases of sourcing and procurement execution • Experience leading formal negotiations • Experience with supplier management • Experience reading and understanding drawings, specifications, engineering documents, and complex Statements of Work • Experience with Price/Cost Analysis • Proficiency in automation and SAP purchasing tools • Strong communication skills and excellent time management • Ability to adapt and demonstrate leadership presence • Ability to make timely decisions, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to travel as required
