📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of non-U.S. benefits programs, including insurance, time away, and retirement • Serve as the regional benefits expert and ensure statutory requirements and market practices align with global principles • Build governance, processes, and operating models across diverse geographies and non-U.S. stakeholders • Partner with U.S. HR, Legal, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Communications teams • Develop governance frameworks, reporting, and analytics supporting regional strategy and cross-country harmonization • Manage regional and global vendors, including brokers, consultants, insurers, and TPAs • Lead RFPs, vendor selections, and implementations • Conduct benchmarking and manage regional budgets • Support multinational risk strategies such as pooling and captive participation • Oversee benefits for globally mobile employees, including expats, inpatriates, and cross-border workers • Monitor legislative and market developments affecting regional benefit programs and mobile populations • Manage concurrent projects and influence outcomes in ambiguous environments • Present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience • Minimum 6 years of international benefits experience with strong focus on Canada and/or Latin America; Mexico preferred • Expertise in Canadian provincial programs and/or Mexican statutory and supplemental benefits • Experience designing and administering benefits for globally mobile employees, including expatriates, inpatriates, and cross-border workers • Experience operating in a large, global, highly matrixed organization • Experience building governance and operating models where limited infrastructure exists • Experience working within centralized global governance frameworks • Experience managing regional programs within a global framework • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment • Experience communicating complex subjects to senior leadership • Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or similar global benefits designation preferred • Understanding of multinational benefits financing, including pooling and captive arrangements preferred • Familiarity with global mobility benefits vendors and international health solutions preferred • Experience navigating cross-border compliance and tax considerations for mobile employees preferred • Experience in a large, global, multi-layered organization preferred • M&A integration experience preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future • No security clearance required
